VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
This group of students plus a few others who had to work this summer are wanting to continue learning English once school begins so if you want to volunteer to help them, please let Dorothy know....dorothy@apoyochuburna.com
ALSO if anyone could bring back English/Spanish young children's story books from the US or Canada it would be wonderful.. Very simple stories written in English/Spanish are available from Scholastic which sells to schools for a very inexpensive cost and which often can be found in second hand stores; or on the shelves of grandchildren ..... GRACIAS IN ADVANCE. Beverly, Jo-Anne, Donna, Ben, Eva and Dorothy on behalf of the students who want to learn English. |
